Start with a good dollap

Don't be shy! For smaller areas (like elbows, knees and shoulder) use 1-2 finger tips to scoop out product. Should be about a quarter size of product. For larger areas (like back, hips, thighs) use 2-3 fingers to scoop out the product. You should end up with 2 quarter size of product.

Rub in until fully absorbed

Whatever area is bothering you, make sure to rub the Sports Cream fully into the area. You want to make sure to get all the surrounding tissue, not just the active sore point. This is your time to care for yourself, so we highly suggest spending the time massaging your paint points.

  • How often can I apply Sports Cream?

    You can apply it daily, or multiple times a day, there is no maximum for how often you can use it. We recommend using it daily until you notice the results you desire and then you can try using it as needed. Every body is different, so you will have to try to find what works for you. People who are highly active or in pain may need to apply it morning and night.

  • How long does the relief last?

    The cooling sensation of the menthol and camphor can last a few hours, while the CBD can keep working on your sore points for the majority of the day. If you use this product 1-2x a day for a week, your results will start to last a few days, then you can switch to as needed.

  • Can I use this if I don't do sports?

    Absolutely, although it helps a lot with sports recovery, it can help a lot with just getting you through the day so you can get the most out of your life.
